You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our store. We strictly comply with all state regulations prohibiting the sale of vaporizers to minors.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day during operating hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Emails are answered in the order they are received. Please avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue, as this may reset your position in our queue.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label to send the item back, and upon receipt, we’ll dispatch a replacement. For return eligibility, please ensure products remain sealed and unused.
We’ve implemented mandatory accounts to better manage our inquiry volume and ensure we can prioritize genuine order issues. This helps us provide faster, more efficient support to customers who need it.
Not at all—our primary communication system operates through your account’s Orders page. While we do send email notifications, these can occasionally be blocked by spam filters or email providers. You can always access all order information directly through your online account.
If your payment was processed successfully, your order will appear in your Orders tab marked as “Paid.” Please allow a few minutes for payment verification to complete. If you don’t see it shortly, check your account dashboard before contacting us.

Shipping Questions
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of placement. Once your order has been labeled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
You can view real-time order status, payment confirmation, and shipment updates at any time by visiting the Orders tab in your account dashboard.
If your order status shows as “Shipped” in your Orders tab, simply click the tracking link provided in your order details to monitor your package’s progress. If the status hasn’t updated yet, your order is still being processed.
